GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE
PREAMMLATE The OTC (Brittany Granit Rose Coast Tourist Office) acts as an intermediary in the sale of tickets on behalf of its partners. Consequently, the present general conditions of sale only concern the ticketing services and not the show, the service or the activity itself. Certain activities offered, in particular sports activities, may also include conditions or internal regulations specific to the Organizer or the site concerned and available from the said site concerned and/or the said Organizer. These general terms and conditions of sale are valid as of January 1, 2019, and are applicable unless otherwise agreed.
ARTICLE 1 -PRIX AND NUMBER OF PLACES The prices of tickets for shows (face value) are indicated in euros all taxes. Different types of rates may be offered to you in particular depending on the events. For certain partners of the Tourist Office, you will receive vouchers or exchange vouchers instead of tickets: in this case, the tickets are to be collected, in exchange for the vouchers, at the entrance of the establishment concerned 30 minutes before the beginning of the show, activity or service. The tickets for shows remain the property of the organizer of the event until the full and final collection of the price by the OTC.
ARTICLE 2-PAYMENT Payments are made by bank checks and cash in all sales offices of the Tourist Office. Payments by credit cards are accepted in the offices open all year: Plestin-les-Grèves, Lannion, Trébeurden, Pleumeur-Bodou, Pleudaniel and Trégastel, Tréguier. An identity document may be required for payment by bank check. The cards accepted for the payment in ticket office are the cards of the networks Carte Bleue / Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard / American Express. Payments by vacation vouchers are not accepted at the ticket office. For customers, sales are made exclusively at the Tourist Offices. No ticket will be transmitted by mail or digital.
ARTICLE 3-VALIDATION You declare that you have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before making your purchase.
ARTICLE 4- CANCELLATION, REFUND, USE Absence of right of withdrawal: in accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, tickets for shows or access to activities are not subject to a right of withdrawal. A ticket for a show cannot be reimbursed, even in the event of loss or theft, nor can it be taken back or exchanged, except in the event of a show being cancelled. Requests for refunds of payments for cancelled events or activities must be made directly to the CTA Partner organizing the event or activity. In all cases, no fees of any kind will be refunded or compensated. A ticket may not be resold at a price higher than the one indicated on the front of the ticket. No duplicate tickets will be issued, including in the event of loss or theft. Events or activities are the sole responsibility of the organizer. The CTA cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible.
