The latter, which has now disappeared, played a key role in the cultivation and trade of flax. From the little Cité de Caractère®, follow the river upstream to a wild valley where traces of the old scutching mills can still be seen.
This wide estuary with its wooded banks conceals many treasures, such as the Anse du Lédano or the Château de la Roche-Jagu and its panoramic view of the meandering Trieux. From its mouth, the Trieux follows the rhythm of the tides, offering magnificent landscapes such as the Hameau de Kermouster or the Bodic lighthouse.
