Lannion, architecture and crafts through the centuries

Come and discover the city of Lannion by following its architectural evolution and by discovering the craft workshops that have settled there.

Lannion, architecture and crafts through the centuries

Cross the centuries and go back in time during a stroll in the company of Ella or Morgane to discover these ancient trades that generated a particular economy and allowed to build this city made up of numerous and diverse districts. At the bend of very pretty small paved streets, you will also go to meet these artists and craftsmen who continue to perpetuate their so singular know-how.

Capital of the Trégor

Lannion is rich with a history of several centuries, as evidenced by the Brélévenez stairs and its 12th century church. At the top of these stairs, a breathtaking panorama is revealed, a must see! The history of Lannion is also lived and animated in the streets of the city, where each half-timbered house gives us a glimpse of life in the past. Being in Lannion is also an opportunity to learn Breton dance on Friday evenings in summer during the musical event “Les Tardives”. If the effervescence of the capital of Trégor has conquered you, go now to the charming valley of Goas Lagorn located only a few kilometers from here and accessible from the towpath. Here you can relax and discover a wild landscape, between sea and forest. And who knows, you may meet some korrigans…
