The route takes riders through the large forest areas of Beffou, Coat An Noz and Coat An Hay. The route continues past the summit of Menez Bré and northwards through the Trieux valley. After passing the Château de La Roche-Jagu and the Lancerf moors, the route reaches the highest cliffs in Brittany at Plouha. It soon reaches the Bay of St Brieuc and then the endless moorlands of the Caps d'Erquy and Fréhel. It can then take you on a magical crossing of the Baie de Fresnaye at low tide, or...

After passing the Château de La Roche-Jagu and the Lancerf moors, the route reaches the highest cliffs in Brittany at Plouha. It soon reaches the Bay of St Brieuc and then the endless moorlands of the Caps d'Erquy and Fréhel. It can then take you on a magical crossing of the Baie de Fresnaye at low tide, or take you along the Emerald Coast. The route then turns south to reach the beautiful medieval town of Dinan.
