Starting from the Plougrescant Tourist Office, this cycling loop takes you to Buguélès on small roads as close as possible to the coast. You will discover, among other things, the unmissable site of Gouffre with its impressive rock formations. The second part of the route will take you through the countryside between Penvénan and Plougrescant.
The route is marked with small green and white bike stickers. It is marked counterclockwise.

Between the town of Plougrescant and Bugueles, it follows the Trégor Côte d'Ajoncs tourist route, then it takes two local connections as well as a small part of the main route of the Vélomaritime marked with small road signs.
