The parish church of Saint-Pierre de Plougrescant was built between 1875 and 1877 by the contractor Bellec to plans and specifications drawn up by the architect Théodore Maignan. It is in the neo-Gothic style with a large volume and three naves built of granite and schist rubble on a Latin cross plan.
