Devotional fountain built in 1645 by Jean Kervegan, ‘maître picoteur’ for the seigneury of Guernachanay.

Dedicated to Saint John the Baptist, the water from this fountain is reputed to relieve rheumatism and eye diseases.

In 1871, it was given a new statue by the sculptor Yves Hernot père (1820-1890).

The building was restored in 2003.
