Farmer-bakers, pastiers and Highland Cattle breeders, we offer a range of sourdough breads and pasta products (twists, etc.) made with our own cereal flour. Our beef is available in tins or parcels (to order). Our animals are reared in the open air, 100% on grass, mostly in natural areas (wetlands, moors).
