The Saint Uzec standing stone was probably Christianised during the second half of the 17th century. Topped with a cross, the sculptures, that were once painted, represent the Passion of Christ. The sheer mass of the standing stone, its height (7m above ground), and its back, furrowed with vertical lines recalling a widow's head-dress, all reinforce the special and very unique character of this monument that is simply not to be missed.
