Obligations in hotels
Three decrees revising hotel classification were published in the Journal Officiel on January 14, 2022. Thus, a new classification grid will come into effect on April 1, 2022. On that same date, classification applications will also allow shared facilities and services to be taken into account.
Finally, the third decree concerns the modification of the classification sign for commercial tourist accommodations.
