Our Quality Commitments
On March 13, 2020, your tourism office was once again awarded the renewal of the QUALITY TOURISM™ mark.
Our office has been Quality Tourism Marked since 2013, so it is a 2nd renewal coming to reward the commitment and work of the whole team in a continuous improvement of services.
For the record, the Tourism Quality Mark is a national label valid for 5 years and based on 2 reference systems: a 189-criteria reference system for the services and commitments part a 199-criteria reference system per tourist information office, with 85% of these criteria needing to be met in order to obtain the Tourism Quality Mark.
The QUALITY TOURISM™ mark is awarded following an on-site audit and mystery tests conducted upstream. So, the Brittany Pink Granite Coast Tourist Office was audited on December 2 and 3, 2019 on the quality of its services and its commitments: 99.20% of the criteria were met.
The Quality Manual
The purpose of the quality manual is to define the procedures put in place to ensure the quality of service of the Tourist Office of the Pink Granite Coast Tourism, in accordance with the national objectives of Quality.
